These Terms govern your use of LoopIQ’s website, AI automation services, assessments, and related offerings. By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Overview
LoopIQ Inc provides AI automation, workflow integration, and business optimization services for home service contractors.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to enter into these Terms.
3. Account & Access
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
4. Use of Services
You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes or attempt to reverse engineer our systems.
5. Client Data
You retain ownership of all data provided. You grant LoopIQ Inc a license to use your data to provide the Services.
6. Payment & Billing
Fees for our services are payable in two installments. The first 50% is due upfront to begin the implementation, and the remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the setup phase. Payments are considered late if not received within 10 calendar days of the due date. Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of your services. All fees, including one-time setup fees and ongoing optimization fees, are non-refundable. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information disclosed during this engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, client data, business strategies, pricing, and technical information. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination of these Terms.
8. Warranties & Disclaimers
Services are provided ‘as is’. LoopIQ Inc does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. The handling of client data is governed by our Privacy Policy and a formal Data Protection Agreement (DPA) between LoopIQ Inc and the client, which further outlines our commitment to data security and privacy.
9. Limitation of Liability
LoopIQ Inc will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed fees paid in the last 3 months.
10. Termination
We may terminate services for breach of terms or non-payment. You may terminate with written notice.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
